I understand that Whataburger is an at will employer and I agree that my employment and compensation can be terminated with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time, at the discretion of either the company or myself. I hereby acknowledge that it is the policy of Whataburger to conduct random drug and/or alcohol tests and/or direct applicants (post-offer of employment) and employees to submit to drug and/or alcohol testing at its sole discretion. Whataburger will submit to arbitration any legally recognized claim or dispute related to my employment with the company or this application, including termination of employment, and workplace injury or disease claim, except claims that are specifically excluded in paragraph 3.02 of the arbitration policy. By applying for employment (in the case of a pre-offer of employment dispute) or by accepting or continuing employment (in the case of a post-offer of employment dispute), I shall submit the same claims to arbitration.
