Whataburger

Region 9000 Director of Operations Scott Phillips presents a check for $25,000 to the Heroes Foundation as part of Whataburger’s sponsorship of this youth sports organization in Dallas. The Heroes Foundation allows local youth to build self-confidence while playing sports and participating in educational and cultural activities. The Foundation reaches more than 25,000 Dallas-area kids, most of whom come from low-income families.

Whataburger presented this check at an annual Heroes Foundation baseball game, which features Special Olympics youth athletes, professional athletes and actors from television and movies, and is attended by almost 7,000 people.
